AND THE STORY OF FASHION WEEK FOR ME WAS…

Ok so it's not just the only story by any stretch of the imagination, but it's certainly the one that I've noticed and the one that I've taken away as being licence to frill.

More is more.  If you're not wearing a froth of ruffles next Autumn, you're probably a normal human being.

But in all seriousness, no we won't be spewing frills from every inch of our being but I'm predicting we will all be donning a bit of a ruffle next season.

Or now?  Why not?  Get ahead of the game and be a part of the frill fiesta this season.

I have been ruffling it up for a couple of seasons now - on the edge of a skirt, on the hem of a dress, on a collar (actually I'm not sure I have done the collar thing - I need to remedy that) or on a cuff.

This is what's instore for us next season.  Not entirely sure how much of this we will actually be wearing  It will most likely be a pared down version - a VERY pared down version!

Just going to pre-empt these pics with "we won't be wearing any of this".... Inspiration peeps - vague inspiration.
